Job Description

Our NEW Exeter branch opens at the end of the summer 2021 located in the middle of the busiest Trading Estate in Exeter - Marsh Barton. We are now looking to recruit a highly motivated Kitchen Sales Designer to be part of the Showroom team. We want to recruit the successful candidate now so that we can offer an excellent onboarding experience and get the whole team up to speed before we open.For this position as a Kitchen Sales Designer we are looking for an experienced salesperson with a creative flair and an eye for detail!What you’ll doYou will work closely with our trade customers to create the kitchen of their dreams, bringing life to the heart of the home. You’ll be involved in the entire design process, from site surveys through to bringing their vision and your designs to reality.We are a trade-focused business, so a large part of your day will involve working directly with our customers and creating a personalised experience. Alongside your team, you’ll be creating and maintaining relationships with local tradesmen, meaning it’ll be easier to increase profits and maximise sales.Is this youYou will be an approachable, effective communicator with the ability to influence and negotiate sales with your customers. We take pride in what we do so having attention to detail is key to excel in this role.Previous industry knowledge is not essential, all we ask for is experience within a sales-driven environment, a creative mind and the enthusiasm to learn new skills.
