Working within a dedicated, skilled team of people who care about making sure our customers get the right support, youll play akey part in giving everyone a great experience.Youll report directly to the Operations Director on a day to day basis and be responsible for dealing with day-to-day support from our clients, helping them get the most out of the platform and troubleshooting any problems that are encountered.
