Room LeaderSouth London, SouthwarkFull time, PermanentImmediate startAn Inclusive Private NurseryinSouthwarkare looking for a Room Leader to join their team.

  • £23,000 to £26,000 per annum - dependent on experience/qualification
    • As aRoom Leaderyou will be responsible for the smooth daily coordination of the room and Nursery Nurses who assist you. Good Understanding of Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and experience in planning engaging activities in line with the 7 Key Areas. Mentoring Nursey Nurses and collaborating with the Nursery Team to provide best care for your pupils. Ideally looking for an experienced Room Leader but will consider Practitioners looking for step up. You will be joining as a supportive and inclusive team, who are looking forward to welcoming you!The successful Room Leader will:
  • Be passionate about Childcare in a Nursery/ Early Years environment
  • Have Early Years/Childcare qualifications, Level 3 and above (or equivalent)
  • Comfortable using their own initiative to lead room effectively
  • Be confident leading a team of Nursery Practitioners and creating effective learning plans
  • Have good Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
