My client is an established local solicitors, with over 100 years experience working within Merseyside and Sefton. They are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, able to manage conveyancing files from end to end, to jointheir expanding law firm.Responsibilities: Handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing files Possibility to undertake some commercial work Managing the timescales of the conveyancing process Producing standard completion letters Dealing with the registration of the properties at the Land Registry Dealing with any necessary notices that need to be given to any third parties such as landlords Liaising with the client in regards to the conveyancing process and completions Finalising files for closureYour Experience: Qualified Solicitor, Licenced Conveyancer, Legal Executive Minimum 3 years conveyancing experience Experience dealing with a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters Drive to succeed and deliver first class service Extensive knowledge of residential property matters Excellent communication and organizational skillsBenefits: Work from Home option for part of the week CQS & Lexcel accredited firm Join an experienced and expanding teamShould you have any questions or wish to apply please do not hesitate to contact Clear Legal and Financial RecruitmentPlease Note: Due to the number of applications we receive we may be unable to respond to every application directly.
