Job Description

At Adaptable Recruitment we have a fantastic opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join an award winning family owned company in the Southport area working in a brilliant office environment with a great culture.Package: up to £30,000 (9-5pm - 37.5 hours) Holidays: 21 days + bank (shut down over Christmas extra)Location: Southport- Fully Office based - Parking on siteBenefits: Perk box - Work place pensionJob Duties:

  • Organise and schedule meetings (inc room booking and refreshments)
  • Prepare meeting agendas and distribute them
  • Attend meetings and take notes of discussions; prepare the initial draft of minutes and summaries
  • Manage, coordinate, and arrange travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination for the SMT Team
  • Maintain office correspondence - Draft, review and send communications on behalf of the company and respond when necessary
  • Prepare monthly reports
  • Manage diaries & schedules
When will interviews be taking placeInterviews will be happening as soon as possibleIdeal experience:-
  • The ideal candidate will have a property/estate agency and/or financial services background (e.g. insurance, wealth management, financial advisory)
  • Competent literacy & numerical skills
  • Excellent communication skills, including written & verbal
  • Strong willingness to learn

  • Time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask
