They are passionate about creating experiences that stay with their guests long after theyreturn home.In turn, they will support you with a working environment that is safe, inclusive, fun and challenging; harnessing your strengths and helping you to grow both professionally and personally.The RoleYou will be a key member of the centre leadership team, ensuring that every guest has a great experience during their stay supported by reliable and personalised care and support.You will support the General Manager in developing and leading a highly effective nursing and care team, ensuring that each guest can be confident that their needs and wishes for their short break are correctly identified, understood and met during theirstay.As a registered nurse with senior nursing. experience, you will lead on the delivery of effective clinical practice and ensure that all clinical and care processes are carefully administered in compliance with regulatory standards and agreed organisationalframeworks.As a member of the company forum you will work in collaboration with the Charitys National Clinical and Care Lead in discharging agreed clinical and care governance arrangements that meet the assurance needs of the charity.The role will be based in Southport, but the role-holder will be required on occasion to travel for business purposes to other locations requiring overnight stays.Qualifications/Skills

  • Post registration experience in a relevant setting, with experience in a senior or enhanced role.
  • Experience of clinical supervision processes and setting clear performance expectations and plans for individuals.
  • Supporting people with disabilities, older people or other vulnerable groups.
  • Managing clinically complex and difficult situations concerning client including challenging behaviour and supporting colleagues to do the same.
  • Organising a demanding and varied workload, planning work and projects and successfully completing these to set deadlines.
  • Building constructive collaborative relationships with a variety of internal and external contacts to achieve identified objectives and outcomes.
  • Developing maintaining processes, procedures and information systems to support the work of your team and the production of data to provide assurance on service delivery.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
  • Genuine interest in and commitment to working with the companys guest group.
  • A demonstrable commitment to the companys values in all personal and professional behaviours: inclusive, change-maker, passionate, caring, joyful, hardworking.
  • Sound knowledge of regulatory framework governing registered care homes with nursing.
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusion in the delivery of services and employment.
