My client based in Southport is looking to recruit a number of experienced Motor Claims Handlers to join the fastest growing third-party claims management provider in the UK. We serve insurers, brokers and intermediaries nationwide, offering a vast rangeof claims handling services.Experienced Motor Claims Handler duties * Providing an excellent customer service experience * Implement claims processes and working practices * Taking first notification of new claims from clients and working partners * Managing a varied claims workload * Managing the clients journey from start to settlement of a claim * Providing clients and working partners with regular updates * Dealing with inbound third-party queries * Obtaining updates from insurers repairers, hire companies and solicitors Experience: * Claims Processing: 1 year (required)Full time OTE £26,000 per annum. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year 8 hour shift - 1 hour lunchMonday to Friday - 8:30-5pm.
