Business Analyst - EcommerceSouthport£30,000 - £40,000 + car allowanceA reputable retail organisation based in Southport are seeking a talented and passionate Business Analyst to be part of the Ecommerce IT team responsible for delivery of Ecommerce projects, feature developments and resolving problem issues across Magento, and other ERP systems. The Ecommerce Business Analyst will be involved in engaging with business stakeholders, users, and collaborate with internal project and 3rd party development teams. You will be working in an Agile culture to Agile processes and practices. Key responsibilities include:*Gathering, understanding and translating the business requirements for the project or feature request into functional specifications or clear user stories and acceptance criteria that can be used and interpreted by both business and technical users.*Identify and recommend options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability*Evaluate the technical impacts and other business or change impacts that come as a result of the solutions you produce.*Supporting analysis activity in order to elicit requirements and inform business decisions.*Investigating, analysing and reviewing project, business documentation or processes *Ownership of the all technical aspects of the solution / feature request demonstrating a detailed subject matter knowledge and understanding of the requirements and proposed solution. *Delivery and quality of documentation required for defining and implementing the required feature or solution ensuring traceability to the original business requirements.*Ability to communicate effectively, align with project or feature concept / scope with stakeholder expectations and satisfaction with minimal negative feedback Key technical skills required:*Extensive analysis experience either with Ecommerce systems - Solid experience and background in Ecommerce role*Experience of capturing business requirements and translating into technical solutions / technical solutions meet business requirements within current projects / feature request *Desirable analysis experience with ERP system (Reflex)*Experience in a B2B, wholesale, logistics or retail*Experience of Ecommerce systems i.e. Magento*Experience of data analysis techniques to make practical, data-driven business decisions, and implement changes based on those decisions.*Experience of ERP & Ecommerce integration*Agile methods for requirements gathering, analysis, design Within a fast-paced, technology-focused environment this role is sure to be a quick turnaround - so dont miss out!The client are offering a competitive salary and offer great benefits such as a car allowance, a generous pension scheme, 25 days holiday, private medical insurance, and more.If you are looking to be part of a friendly, energetic company in Southport then please click the apply now function or alternatively please contact Paolo.Certes Computing (and all of its subsidiary companies) is committed to promoting equality and diversity in its business operations.
