The roles will be based on site, remote working is possible if you have strong recent experience in the position. Any training required will be completed onsite.You will be supporting for the following North Bristol NHS Trust, Southmead Rd, Bristol BS10 5NB on a full-time basis, though part-time can be considered.Do you have a successful track record of managing volunteering services or similar We are looking for a dynamic manager to build on the success of our current volunteering services.Our amazing volunteers regularly go above and beyond to help us support patients, staff, service users and their families. Throughout the Covid pandemic they have played a pivotal role in helping us through this crisis, from medication and PPE deliveries to supporting Covid vaccination centres.As the voluntary services manager, you will manage the co-ordination of all of our volunteers as part of the Covid-19 vaccination programme, as well as setting our voluntary services strategy action plans and providing leadership and operational oversight of booking volunteersIf you’ve got a good working knowledge of growing volunteering workforces and networks, and creating strong volunteering strategies, alongside being a great people person who can act as an ambassador of our values of compassion, respect, integrity and trust, then get in touch.
