Job Description

The roles will be based on site, remote working is possible ifyou have strong recent experience in the position. Any training required will be completed onsite.You will be supporting for the followingNorth Bristol NHS Trust, Southmead Rd, Bristol BS10 5NB on a full-time basis, though part-time can be considered.To process NHS safer recruitment checks and onboard new staff via NHS Employee Staff Record (ESR) system. This will include following up references, occupational health declarations and DBS checks for example.You will need experience in acustomer focused environment with a passion for recruitment. You will have the ability to liaise with internal and external customers, whilst being responsible for a dedicated portfolio of work, via email and telephone with integrity and ownership.You would be seeing recruitment from an ‘end to end’ perspective, which includes key tasks such as:

  • Ensuring paperwork received is fully completed and audit compliant
  • Advertising the post within agreed timeframes
  • Notifying managers when posts close and assisting with application form provision where appropriate
  • Generating offer letters and contracts
  • Ensuring all recruitment pre-employments checks are completed and meet NHS Employers Guidelines
