1. Administration, Accuracy - Take a lead role in updating the Bristol Plays Music Register of Music Practitioners to ensure that all data (e.g. contracts and Child Protection evidence) is complete and up to date for all Music Tutors and Freelance Music Practitioners across BPM.2. Planning and Organisation, Accuracy, Numeracy - Support the Access and Music Centre Manager with contractual administration for Freelance Music Practitioners by preparing freelance contracts and related information. Monitor travel and expenses for BPM Music Tutors and prepare information for payroll. Support the Education Programme Manager with the processing of BPM Music Tutor hours for both employed and Freelance Music Practitioners by processing timesheets and invoices.3. Planning & Organising, Accuracy - Provide support to the Education Coordinator (Registrar) with managing bookings and enquiries for all BPM’s music centre instrumental and ensemble lessons and commercial activity.4. Customer Service, Communication - Provide the reception function for the main office and support the Education Coordinator (Registrar) in ensuring cover for all education and commercial activity.5. Administration, Accuracy, Customer Service - Raise orders where appropriate and receipt goods and services on the finance system, making appropriate checks. Check invoices against purchase orders and ensure goods and services have been received. Raise sales invoices, resolve any queries, liaising with staff and suppliers as necessary.6. Teamwork, Accuracy - Work with the Education Coordinator (Registrar) to receipt payments onto Paritor (BPM’s education management system), prepare any weekly banking and update the income spreadsheet. Review Paritor debtors and maintain accurate Paritor information.7. Communication - On a day to day basis comply with the Policies and Procedures.Core Competencies Is able to effectively transfer key and complex information to all levels of staff, adapting the style of communication as necessary and ensuring that this information is understood.
