Job Description

We at Cedar have partnered with a market leading FTSE250 Metals Engineering and Technology company who are listed on the London Stock Exchange.With a footprint on every Continent they deliver products to their clients which make industrial processes safer and more efficient.We are looking to hire a UK Tax Manager who lead the following functions :

  • Direct Tax
  • Indirect Tax
  • Payroll Taxes
  • R&D Tax Credits
  • Transfer Pricing
You will prepare and submit all direct, indirect tax returns and payroll taxes. Prepare all transfer pricing documentation. Assist the Global Tax Team with any implementation of projects within the UK whilst maintaining SAO documentation compliance.You will be proactive in providing best practice and strategic tax risk management and tax reporting whilst managing the UK Tax Compliance position.If you have the ability to work independently within a high pressure environment are proactive, decisive, motivated, have an in depth knowledge of the UK Tax system displaying efficient resolution of UK Tax compliance issues, have a sound knowledge of IFRS/UKGAAP related to tax accounting and reporting then please apply below.
