Could this be you About the Role: This role is to support individuals at our supported living service in Catcliffe. Here, you will support adults with learning disabilities and physical disabilities with all aspects of every day living. As a superhero"Support Worker" you will deliver the highest quality support with all aspects of everyday living to encourage their independence and support them to lead the most fulfilling life possible, incorporating both therapy and social based activities. Whilst notwo days are the same typically, youll help the people we support with everyday challenges such as personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, medication, attending health appointments, maintaining relationships and taking part in hobbies & activities.Crucially, enabling them to carry out tasks, chores and hobbies that most people take for granted but are meaningful to the people we support. We have a full-time position available which will be a mix of shifts inclusive of days, nights, mornings, evenings,weekends and bank holidays.
