Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver expert training and assessments to varied abilities of learners
  • Complete and mark assessments.
  • Develop new and update existing materials.
  • Design bespoke courses to meet customer needs.
  • Liaise with customers to identify their specific requirements
    • Essential Requirements
  • Must be a CITB accredited Trainer OR Hold the Competencies to become accredited:
  • Minimum of 3 years Site Management
  • Hold a recognised Health and Safety Qualification (NEBOSH/NVQ5/OH&S)
  • Must be a qualified NVQ Assessor or hold a recognised teaching qualification
  • Previous training or assessing experience
  • Hold the SMSTS award or other SSP Courses
  • Practical knowledge of Health and Safety
  • Hold a driving license
    • Desirable
  • To hold an IQA award
  • Be able to deliver NEBOSH courses
  • Previous experience of delivering the SMSTS/SSSTS/SEATS or H&S Courses
