Job Description

Pratap Partnership are recruiting for a Senior Management Accountant to lead the delivery of management accountingservices to PIB - one of the core UK divisions of the PIB Group, supporting the Finance Business Partner in providing quality MI, reportingand business development opportunities.Key responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the delivery of monthly management accounts
  • Support the Finance Business Partner and Finance Director with financial data queries
  • Innovate and support internal processes for financial reporting across the UK and Europe
  • Maintain a quality audit trail, with reconciliations and records
  • Work with external and internal audit as required around account production and the control environment
  • Work collaboratively across the Financial Control management team
  • Manage an operational team of Management and Assistant Management Accountants
Experience & qualifications required:
  • Qualified chartered accountant
  • Management experience of a small team
  • Experience in a central finance team, ideally within a complex group in the financial services industry
  • Extensive MS Excel knowledge and experience as well as ideally Oracle suite
  • Strong communication skills
  • Data manipulation skills
