Semi-skilled Joiners neededLocation: HullDo you want to work for a state-of-the-art manufacturing company Do you want to be part of the next generation in professional house building Are you experienced in the caravan or modular sectors Are you looking for a permanent position If you can answer YES to all of the above, then this is the job you have been waiting for.The Company- Changing the future of the construction industry - State-of-the-art manufacturing facility based in Hull - A strong pipeline of projects, current projects are in dotted around the UK - Due to a healthy pipeline of work, there is great job security - The company are keen to support people with career growth and training Wages- £12.00 employed (over £570/week!) - Increased to £12.50 / hour after three months - Further increase to £13.00 / hour after six monthsHours- Monday to Friday - 7AM - 5PMQualifications / Experience required:- At least 1+ year joinery experience - Ideally to NVQ Level in either Joinery Level 1/2, construction practices, or an apprenticeship - Ideally from a Modular or Caravan Production backgroundKey responsibilities:- Constructing stud wall partitions - Interior wall construction - Plaster boarding - Interior and exterior cladding - Use of hand-held power tools in an approved manner - Preparation of Skirting/Architraves - Other areas of 1st & 2nd fix joinery where requiredTo hear more about this exciting new opportunity please call Aaron in the 1st instance on to explain to me your suitability for this role or please send your CV. The following applies to all workers paid on a PAYE basis. How will you be paid You will be paid on standard PAYE (pay as you earn). There are no other deductions made to your pay outside of basic tax and national insurance. There is no charge for your payroll being processed. How often will you be paid You will be paid on a weekly basis for the hours you completed the previous week. Holiday Pay Your holiday is accrued over a 52-week average at a rate of 12.07% of your hourly rate.
