Job Description

Our client a well-respected international removals company is seeking an experienced Sales Estimator/Move Manager to join their team based in South Yorkshire.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of every move, starting from the initial planning phase to the completion. It demands superb communication skills, adept problem-solving abilities, and the capability to thriveunder pressure.Responsibilities:

  • Meeting with removal clients to provide precise quotations for Domestic, Commercial, and International Moves.
  • Conducting video surveys for removal clients.
  • Offering trade/private quotations and overseeing move management for clients.
  • Guiding clients through their removal plans from inception to completion.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely completion of all necessary removal paperwork.
  • Cultivating and sustaining strong removal customer relationships, ensuring their needs are fully understood and fulfilled throughout the entire moving process.
  • Following up on all removal estimates.
  • Collaborating with the operations team to strategise and coordinate removal projects.
  • Professionally representing the company and upholding its reputation for exceptional customer service.
  • Keeping removal clients informed and updated, addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
  • Conducting post-move evaluations to gauge customer satisfaction and pinpoint areas for improvement.
Required Skills:
  • Proficient organizational skills enabling effective multitasking and prioritization.
  • Exceptional communication skills encompassing both written and verbal.
  • Proactive problem-solving capabilities with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all undertakings.
  • Capacity to thrive under pressure within a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Full UK Driving Licence (required)
  • Competence in utilizing IT tools such as Google, and Microsoft Office.
