  • Leading and managing the Technology Department, focusing on Oracle systems.
  • Driving strategic technological vision to align with company goals.
  • Ensuring the security, efficiency, and performance of Oracle systems.
  • Coordinating with various departments to identify and implement technological solutions.
  • Managing project timelines, dependencies and budgets.
  • Developing and nurturing a high-performing technology team.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and advancements in Oracle systems.

ProfileProgramme manager - ERP systems deliveryA successful Programme Manager should have:
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing / delivering Oracle ERP systems.
  • Global delivery experience with other ERP solutions is desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of Secondary industry technologies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to make sound decisions.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Travel to various regions is required for this role to ensure.
