We are looking for Cover Supervisors to work with us across these schools.You dont need to have any teaching qualifications; you just need the passion and drive to support and guide pupils through key stage 3 and 4 learning modules.The main responsibility of the role is to manage the classroom of pupils and ensure they are working effectively on their pre-set work across a range of subjects, including; P.E, English, Science, Maths, Drama and many more.The size of your classes will vary (up to 30 students), so we require confident individuals who can pro-actively engage and lead the classroom towards to competition of their work.What do we look forYou will be used to working within a team focused environment and support your colleagues where required, as you will be working closely alongside other staff members, such as teachers and teaching assistants throughout the school.
