Reference: PEST-PCT-SHEFF-JP-0601Job Title: Pest Control TechnicianJob Type: Full-time; PermanentLocation: Sheffield/Field BasedSalary: £22,000 - £26,000 per annum DOEBenefits: Company Vehicle, Fuel Card, Commission & OvertimeAtalian Servest Group has expertise in facilities management, creating environments which enable people to deliver exceptional experiences to help organisations to be more efficient, effective and sustainable.An additional team member is required to carry out preventative pest control visits to both domestic and commercial clients, as well as responding to reactive call-outs on customers’ premises.We are keen to welcome applications from dedicated, dynamic and solution-orientated professionals who have a proven track record in the Pest Control industry.DUTIES WILL INCLUDE

  • Carry out preventative pest control visits to a wide spectrum of both domestic and commercial clients
  • Responding to reactive call outs to customers’ premises
  • Completion of service reports for each visit
  • Managing and planning your own diary so that visits are completed within agreed time scales - meeting service level agreements.
    • THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
  • You must hold BPCA accreditation to a minimum of level 2 and have a full UK driving licence
  • You will be an excellent communicator, skilled at prioritising your workload and working autonomously
  • Experience in a wide range of premises would be beneficial
  • Ability to demonstrate outstanding customer service skills
  • A high degree of flexibility in working hours and types of jobs undertaken
  • Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on call rota and to work overtime when and where required
  • A methodical and systematic approach to your work
  • Have excellent attention to detail and technically competent
  • You will have a robust and confident personality; as well as being highly motivated and quick to react.
    • Ideally you will live in or around the Sheffield region, as the role will be required to cover this location and surrounding areas. Working hours are 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00, however flexibility to meet the needs of the business is essential. There is a requirement for all Pest Control Technicians to be willing to be included on an Out of Hours call out rota.The role includes a competitive salary with additional company benefits including; a fully expensed company vehicle, PPE, equipment, company uniform & mobile phone. We also offer commission on sales generated from leads you may supply to our Sales Team.
