Job Description

We are looking for a National Account Controller for an established, market leading manufacturer in Barnsley who also have numerous other sites around the country. As well as a salary of upto £85,000, they offer flexible working and a tight knit team andsupportive management to be a part of.If you have experience with managing large supermarket accounts and oversight of product portfolios, embedding a long-term relationship strategy with the clients and experience of scrutinising P&L, we want to hear from you!As a National Account Controller, you will:

  • Strategically develop and manage key customer accounts
  • Drive sales growth and relationships to grow revenue
  • Manage a team of SNAMs, NAMs, NAEs and Supply Chain managers
  • Coaching and developing the team
You will ideally have:
  • Previous experience in strategic planning of business growth in an FMCG sector, preferably chilled food
  • Have great leadership and communication skills, be resilient, have passion for food and a tenacious personality to succeed
  • Strong work ethic and be an effective decision maker
  • Full driving licence
The working hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm paying up £85,000 p/a with 33 days holiday, company pension, £15,000 car allowance, option to purchase extra holidays, private healthcare, target-related company bonus of upto 15%, cycle to work scheme as wellas further training and development opportunities.Castle Employment Group is an award-winning recruitment company based in Scarborough, Leeds and York.
