Job Description

Client DetailsA fast growing organisation who works across financial services, government bodies and agencies (regulated environment)DescriptionAs a Marketing Manager you will work across the full marketing mix including campaigns, email marketing an event. You will lead on marketing campaigns on a local and national level.
  • You will support intermediaries, SMEs and educate, guide on products, services, and content to be delivered across various channels
  • Work on various marketing campaigns to drive content across various channels (end to end insight driven)
  • Create digital content across emails marketing, newsletters, and collateral to drive messages to targeted audiences
  • Develop integrated acquisition strategies targeted at key audiences to raise awareness and drive interest
  • Lead, organise and manage regional in person, virtual and hybrid events
  • Provide campaign performance updates and regular reporting to key stakeholders, highlighting areas of concern and success
  • Proactively manage and reassure senior key stakeholders through regular activity updates and review meetings, clearly demonstrating the benefits/impact of activities
  • Act as brand guardian and champion, ensuring all branding adheres to brand guidelines
ProfileAs a Marketing Manager you will manage a large programme of work. You will manage multiple stakeholders and support them with multiple marketing requirements. You will act in an advisory role in driving content across various channels.
  • You will have significant full mix marketing, campaigns, email marketing and marketing events experience along with experience of implementing brand guidelines with third parties.
  • Experience of managing end to end campaigns (DM/ Email marketing)
  • You will also have demonstrable experience managing external and internal stakeholders with at various levels within a complex environment. You much have experience of email marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with excellent writing and grammar skills for proof-reading and correction skills are essential as well as the ability to understand complex details and impart this information to Intermediaries in plain English.
  • Strong writing skills for digital, print, and social media as well as experience using event management knowledge.
  • Previous expedience in B2B Marketing within a regulated environment- financial services, professional services, SMEs membership bodies or agency.
