This role will lead the maintenance department and manage all PPM and reactive maintenance on site.Client DetailsOur client are part of a larger group and look after a variety of sectors. This role will be based in a fast-paced, mechanical, manufacturing environment.DescriptionResponsible for leading the Maintenance team on-site the Maintenance Manager plays a key role in ensuring maximum reliability of equipment whilst ensuring all Health and Safety is adhered to at all times.Other responsibilities include:* Plan and improve current CMMS system to maximise plant availability and OEE* Ensure full-plant compliance for equipment from OEM service schedules to HSE compliance* Manage CAPEX and Maintenance budget across the plant* Create a strong team culture to drive productivity and develop the teamProfileThe successful candidate will have a range of the following:*Have a solid mechanical skill-set, apprentice trained to BTEC, HNC, HND*Understand Health and Safety and have a relevant qualification in this area*Worked in a fast-paced manufacturing environment*Lead a team of Maintenance Technicians and know how to get the best out of people*Able to work as part of a team, be pragmatic and passionate about maintenanceJob OfferCompetitive basic plus package
