Job Description

  • Working with the International Sales Team with all admin and logistic support required
  • Repsonding to customer service and new business opps within the team

  • Process sales orders, allocate stock and produce a picking list from both UK and US locations
  • Apply for and process all export documentation
  • Communicate shipping times and tracking with customers
  • Organise freight through our chosen freight forwarders
  • Keeping accurate records for customs auditing
  • Processing EUR1, EC Certificate of Origin, Arab Certificate of Origin and ATR documents via EZCert
  • Knowledge and applying the use of Incoterms 2020
  • monitor and manage stock levels for international packaging in line with set forecasts
  • monitor and collate stock forecast and report to supply chain
  • Support the international sales team with all customers queries
  • Provide initial response to all customer and distributor queries
  • Respond to international enquiries in line with Best Practice
  • forward any potential new business to the team
    • Profile
  • A proven track record in International Export shipping
  • ITOPS qualifications or relevant training through the Institute of Export
  • A proven track record in Sales Processing
  • Experience with Sage200, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Min 3 years experience
  • Attention to detail
  • An excellent communicator
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
