They are looking to take on an experienced Stock Condition surveyor to help them with a specific project they are working on.DescriptionInterim Stock Condition SurveyorThe successful candidate will be responsible for gaining access to a number of properties on a weekly basis and gaining information on the condition of key components including : Kitchens, Bathrooms, Roofs and BoilersYou will be required to carry out stock condition surveys including HHSRS and Energy (Rdsap)ProfileThe ideal candidate would preferably be a qualified Domestic Energy Assessors with experience in carrying out detail stock condition surveys, how the client would DEAs with no stock con experience depending on their knowledge and ability to pick up thecondition aspect of the survey.Surveyors will need to provide their own transport and basic equipment, laser measure, tape measure, ladders, clip board.The surveys are carried out on a tablet using our software, full training will be provided.Job Offer- Home based role- Competitive hourly rate
