Looking for an Interim Acquisitions/Disposals contract in a Local Authority Park Avenue are working with a Local Authority in Yorkshire who require an Interim Acquisitions/Disposals Surveyor on an initial 6-month contract.This position has become vacant due to a member of staff going on maternity leave. The work will be on their commercial portfolio, and site inspections will be required.They currently have a hybrid working scheme, whereby youre required in the office twice per week.
