The in-house pension administration function of this genuine household name is looking to hire a Head of Member Data, to join their Derbyshire based team.The primary focus of this role is to oversee and manage the accuracy and completeness of Scheme member data. This role will drive the data strategy to improve the integrity of data over the life cycle of member journeys thereby enabling the operation to utilise technological solutions to deliver an exceptional member experience.In order to achieve this, the role will build and maintain a data cleanse programme, to rectify known data issues, as well as execute a suite of routine data checks enabling improvements to be measured and giving confidence that no new issues are being created. Identifying process improvements to enhance/maintain the quality of data will also be a key aspect of the role.Key to the effectiveness of this role is the ability to report, analyse and understand Scheme pension data as well as an in-depth knowledge of the administration system.The successful individual will be an experienced data manager with an excellent understanding of managing and reporting data in a regulated environment. You will possess strong, demonstrable management and leadership experience ideally gained within a data management environment. Those with experience gained within pensions data management are of specific interest.Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel are essential, as is experience in use of data query tools such as SQL and power query.A full and detailed role profile is available on application.
