Job Description

The Company:Brewster Partners Accountancy & Finance are currently recruiting for a Financial Reporting Accountant (9 month FTC) for our client, based in South Yorkshire, with easy access from major roads to include the M1 and M18. The organisation boasts bright, open office space but can also facilitate remote working if required.The Job:Working as part of a close team and reporting into the Divisional Finance Manager, responsibilities include:

  • High levels of data analysis, reporting findings to stakeholder level
  • Reconciliation of complex Balance Sheets
  • All aspects of financial reporting and management accounts
  • Providing internal and external audit support
  • Monthly completion and reporting of SOX
  • Statutory accounting and
  • Undertaking ad hoc project work as required
    • The Person:
  • Qualified finance professional (ACA / CIMA / ACCA)
  • Analytical approach with the ability to challenge the norm
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Experience of IFRS
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excel to macro level
