Field Service Engineer - Arcade Games & Machines Are you a field service engineer with 3+ years of experience servicing electronic arcade equipment/products to include video and redemption gamesDo you hold a current full driving licence and are you happy travelling with flexibility around a designated patchAre you looking for a new full-time opportunity and would you like the opportunity to join a multinational video game and entertainment company who are a household nameWould you be happy with a starting basic salary of £25-28k as well as an annual bonus of 7.5% (lump sum) and a fully expensed vehicleIf the answers are yes, my client, a leading name in the world of gaming and arcade entertainment are looking to fill FSE roles in the following areas:Leeds, Cambridge, Heathrow and Glasgow.What you need to have.*Recent experience in the amusement machine industry is essential.*3-5 years experience servicing electronic arcade equipment/products to include video and redemption games*Hands on approach to installing and maintaining the full range of our clients and 3rd party products*Work effectively on your own initiative and possess a pleasant and confident manner*Ability to carry out a significant amount of manual handling*You will enjoy meeting people, be reliable, trustworthy, and well-presented*Hold a current full driving licence and be able to work flexibly to cover other areas in high season*Recent experience in the amusement machine industry is essential.What you get in return*Starting salary in the £25-28k mark DoE - (reviewed every April)*7.5% annual bonus paid in a lump sum*Fully expensed vehicle, fuel card and company credit card provided*Life Assurance*Gym allowance of £250 p/a*5% company pension planThe role.The position is field based and involves installation, repairing, service and removal of our clients amusements product range. This role is a vital part of our clients business, and the role is key to ensuring that our machines are maintained to the higheststandards and repaired quickly and efficiently as well as delivery of excellent customer service.ResponsibilitiesBe responsible for the installation, maintenance, service, and removal of the full range of our clients amusements equipment.Carry out basic network diagnostic workComplete preventative maintenanceRefill and merchandise selected machinesEnsure all products are working correctly to maximise income opportunities
