The firm’s Family Department covers all aspects of Family Law, and their Solicitors are highly experienced in dealing with a wide rangeof issues including, but not limited to, divorce, financial matters, domestic violence, child proceedings, and cohabitation disputes. You will be joining the Family team, assisting them with a wide range of activities to ensure the progression of cases. Under supervision, the successful candidate will be required to handle cases proactively. This role is an excellent opportunity and will provide the successful Paralegal with the chance to gain valuable experience in this area of law.THE CANDIDATE:This role is best suited to candidates with a minimum of 12 months’ previous experience in Family work, excellent rapport building skills and outstanding interpersonal skills. You will have a self-starting approach to tasks and projects with the ability towork on your own initiative. You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work under minimal supervision. Good organisational and strong IT skills are essential to be successful in this role.
