Job Description

Electrical Design EngineerAre you an Electrical Engineer looking for a new challengeAre you someone with a creative side and a flair for designAre you looking for a workplace making an impact in the field of ANPRThen we are partnered with the perfect company for you!Who are they They are the UK industry leader in ANPR Enforcement Solutions with years of experience working in this field. They have built up an excellent reputation build upon amazing customer service, cutting edge technical ability and high-quality end product. This has allowed them to work and build relationships with leading organisations across the world, including Police and Military.What will you be doing

  • You will be designing and developing our cutting-edge technology, always keeping an eye out for improvements and best practice.
  • You will be required to interact with the manufacturing team to ensure a smooth transition from design to production.
  • You will be working on software development for our products.
  • You will have a key involvement in field trials, noting any issues and rectifying these.
  • You will need to be in communication with our teams, from design, to sales, to manufacturing and so on.
    • What are they looking forThey are looking for someone hardworking and dedicated with a strong knowledge in Electronic Design/Engineering. They need someone who can understand the whole process of what they offer and as such the following are required:
  • 5 years of industry experience
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar (desired)
  • Experience with Analogue and Digital Circuit Design (including PCB Layout)
  • Strong understanding of Electronics
  • Strong understanding of General Engineering Principles
    • What are they offeringFor this position they’re offering a competitive starting salary of £40,000 - £45000, along with all expenses as required for the role such as phone, car, laptop. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and a great company pension scheme.
