Educational Health Care Coordinator - South Yorkshire You will need to be able to evidence your experience in carrying out needs led integrated assessments for ages for children and young people aged 0-19, collaboratively working with service users, and other professionals. You will have excellent IT and organisational skills, be able to prioritise your own workload and also meet statutory timescales. You will have knowledge and experience in planning and facilitating person centred multi-agency meetings and be able to demonstrate your ability to construct and develop EHC Plans from approved assessments, to meet the needs of children and young people and help them to achieve outcomes. You will have a good understanding of the issues facing families where children and young people have special educational needs and/or disabilities and knowledge of the Person Centre planning and processes. You will need to have experience in chairing and leading meetings and experience of problem solving, resolving conflict and mediation.
