Job Description

Page Personnel are working in partnership with a leading South Yorkshire based organisation who are looking to appoint a new Customer Services ManagerClient DetailsOur client is a market leader within within manufacturing, supplying the global b2b sector. They are now looking to appoint a new Customer Services ManagerDescriptionKey Responsibilities Include;

  • Direct management of a multi function customer services department covering quotations, returns, order processing and export
  • Regular review and development of operating procedures across the customer services department
  • Work in partnership with production to understand any issues that could effect customers immediately and in future planning
  • Build strong internal relationships with sales, supply chain and warehousing functions
  • Adopt a continuous improvement approach to driving the function forward
  • Implementation of strong EDI processors
    • ProfileThe Successful Candidate;
  • Management of a customer service function within a manufacturing / production environment
  • Extensive communication skills
  • Operational knowledge of working with supply chain and warehousing
  • Ability to drive performance across a team
  • Process improvement skills
  • Experience with CRM and EDI systems
