We are currently recruiting for multiple Solicitors or Barristers to jointhis high-profile organisation to forge a highly rewarding career in Prosecutions. With no duty rotas or out of hours requirements, this role offers an attractive work-life balance in comparison to traditional private practice opportunities, allowing the individualto focus on quality of work and level of service delivered. This role will involve some court advocacy but will also involve case preparation, review and advisory work, offering the opportunity to work from home at least 2-3 days per week. Following an initial training and probationary period, the opportunity is likely to be availableto specialise further in your areas of interest within the organisation.THE CANDIDATE:This role is open to Solicitors and Barristers holding a practising certificate in England and Wales. You are likely to have upwards of 2 years of experience in criminal law or regulatory prosecutions and will be passionate about this area of law. The abilityto make solid and well-reasoned decisions is essential for this role, in addition to having exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You will be expected to demonstrate a desire to learn new areas of work and an aptitude for legal reasoning throughoutthe interview process.
