They service a number of market sectors from OEMs, Automotive, Marine, Wind Power, Engineering, and Construction/Mining industries.Their strong entrepreneurial spirit and expertise in niche products allows them to achieve technically, economically and environmentally sound solutions for the customersDue to strategic expansion within the UK they now seek to appoint a technically minded Sales Manager across the Heavy Construction/Formwork Division to develop sales within the UK and also manage, The candidate must have industry experience in one of the following sectors -Formwork, Geo-Synthetic, Heavy Construction Products such as (Stone/Brick/Cement/Aggregates) sectorsThe Role/Candidate:

  • A strong sales background and experience in Heavy Construction/Civils products (Formwork, Bricks, Stone, Building Products etc.)
  • Based in the Northern or Midland regions of the UK
  • Experience in personal sales and sales management are essential
  • Sales experience selling into Construction, Stockists, Distributors, Ground Works sectors
  • A proven track record of achievement in developing sales
  • Must have the ability to understand customer needs and supply a solution
  • Good technical/sales construction background with excellent communication skills
  • A self-motivated solution provider that can identify potential opportunities
  • Full 360 sales cycle from initial enquiries to project completion
  • The successful candidate will be expected to display ambition for self-development and career progression
  • Enthusiasm and determination combined with a pragmatic approach to your work are essential
  • Time management and strong organisational qualities are essential as you will work remotely a lot of the time.
  • Must not be adverse to staying away from home as this role will be covering the UK on a National basis and managing, coaching and developing the regional sales team.
