Job Description

Our client is a wonderful, forward-thinking Association founded over 100 years ago. Based close to Victoria Station, they are seeking some temporary HR Administration support for 4 months, possibly longer. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting with human resources operations, ensuring compliance is up to date, and supportingall employees and wider parts of the Association.Role: Temporary HR AdministrationType: Temporary - 4 monthsHOURS: 9am - 5.30pmSALARY: £13-£14 per hour depending on experienceLOCATION: BelgraviaCULTURE: Professional, supportive and friendly.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Post job adverts and organise CV and job applications.
  • Schedule job interviews and assist in the interview process.
  • Ensure candidates are kept up to dates with the status of their applications and the outcome of any interviews.
  • Collect onboarding documentations for new starters.
  • Prepare new employee files.
  • Serve as a point of contact for all new employee questions.
  • Collation of payroll related documents.
  • Assist in the monthly payroll preparation.
  • Serve as a point of contact for third party providers.
  • Oversee day-to-day HR functions, including maintaining employee records, managing systems, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist the Director of HR with the end of year audit process and liaise with the external auditors.
  • Complete leavers paperwork and assist with exit interviews process.
  • Work with the Director of HR to ensure policies and HR procedures are regularly reviewed.
  • Promote current and / or new benefits in internal communications.
  • Ensure the internal communications of new starters / leavers.
  • Liaise and coordinate with third party training providers for training for new and current staff.
  • Assist with internal HR events such as wellbeing initiatives.
  • Maintain a relationship with our wellbeing partners
  • Communicate wellbeing initiatives and resources to staff.
