Are you looking for a busy position where you can be the first level of application and hardware support This position will also be responsible for managing the full training cycle developing and providing relevant training materials.The Commercial Planning Associate will:Provide first level hardware support for all field-based pen tablet usersAssist in the training for existing staff and new starter trainingAssist with bespoke projects Maintain and develop end user education/training materialLog all issues requiring further action on the ticketing applicationResolve issues or assign to the relevant second line support team for a resolutionFollow all issues through to conclusion in a timely mannerKeeping users is kept updatedEnsure all relevant data and activities required by field users are availableMaintain accurate records of the training provided, user and training manualsEngage with stakeholders Take part in the development and testing of changesTo be considered for the Commercial Planning Associate you will:Have a minimum of two years customer service or support experienceBe a brilliant communicatorHave experience in delivering training manuals Have worked within a helpdesk or contact center environment position or environment Be flexible and able to work towards tight deadlinesIn return our client offers an outstanding working environment and fantastic benefits.
