W-end based Hedge Fund is looking for a PA to support at partner level - hybrid 1 dayA busy and multifaceted role where you will support at partner level in both a business and private capacity and help manage the office with a colleague!On a day to day basis candidates will:* Scheduling meetings for the Team and managing their Diary* Greet visitors on arrival (as first point of contact)* Taking visitors through to meeting rooms* Sorting the Post before distribution throughout the office* Booking Couriers/Cabs - keeping records* Booking travel and managing diaries and expenses for the team* Updating CRM Contacts Database (daily) * Updating telephone & contact lists* Ad hoc private duties for the managing partner* Liaising with building management regarding maintenance issues* Liaising closely with our catering team and helping with event co-ordination* Contacting the cleaning company regarding any cleaning issues* Ordering stationery* Documenting, retrieval and sending boxes to archiveAn excellent communicator is needed coupled with the ability to undertake administration tasks.
