Store Manager | Wimbledon | Fashion Retail | Salary up to £32,000 + benefitsZachary Daniels is currently seeking a talented Retail Store Manager for an extraordinary store located in the heart of Wimbledon. As a key player, you will spearhead the creation of an exceptional shopping environment that entices customers and motivatesthe team to provide outstanding customer service. Your responsibilities will include budget management, driving sales, and upholding the high performance standards synonymous with this esteemed business. With the autonomy to commercially manage your own space,you will always prioritize the needs of your local customers, ensuring they remain at the core of every decision made.Benefits:

Store Manager Responsibilities:
  • As the leader of the store team, you will report directly to the Area Manager and drive exceptional performance and retail sales.
  • Foster an environment that delivers an outstanding experience for customers and the local community.
  • Collaborate closely with your team to cultivate store growth by maximizing sales and providing excellent customer service.
Experience and background:
  • Possess a strong background in retail, with experience in either store management or senior management roles.
  • Ideally, have worked within the fashion or accessory industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage KPIs and budgets to enhance store performance.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving sales and achieving outstanding performance results.
