Job Description

Dove & Hawk are working alongside a multi-branch independent agency, who are on the hunt for a Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join their well-established office in Battersea.Day to Day:

  • Registering new applicants.
  • Managing & maintaining strong relationships with both landlords and potential buyers.
  • Arranging and conducting viewings.
  • Recording, negotiating, and presenting qualified offers.
  • Providing viewing feedback.
  • Generating new valuation opportunities.
Requirements:
  • UK Driving License required
  • Minimum of 1 years experience in a residential sales or lettings role
  • Live fairly local to the Battersea area.
Salary: £18,000-£22,000 basic, £40,000 OTE - Car/Car Allowance - Guarantee ProvidedHours: Monday-Friday, 9.00am-6.30pm. Every other Saturday 10am-3pm.
