Job Description

Salary: £25,000 per annum + Generous Service ChargeWorking Hours: 5 Days/Week on a 5/7 Rota BasisAre you meticulous, organized, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Linen Room Attendant to join our esteemed 5-star hotel located in the heart of Knightsbridge.Responsibilities:

  • Linen Management: Oversee the efficient processing of linen, ensuring timely delivery to various departments.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records of linen stock levels and report any discrepancies.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all linens meet the hotels standards for cleanliness and presentation.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill linen requirements.
  • Operational Support: Assist with general operational tasks related to the linen room.
  • Adherence to Standards: Follow established protocols and guidelines to maintain a high level of service.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in linen inspection and inventory management.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset to work effectively with other hotel departments.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a 5/7 rota, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical Fitness: Capable of handling and lifting linen items.
