Job Description

Antony James Recruitment Ltd are delighted to have partnered with a luxury Hotel group in recruiting an experienced Revenue Manager. Based fully at their Knightsbridge HQ you will be reporting into and working closely with the Director of Revenue with withthe purpose of maximising revenue and profitability of the hotel.Main Duties

  • Build and execute the rooms strategy for the hotel
  • Manage the hotel rates strategy
  • Achieve monthly budget targets and ensure profitability
  • Work with other hotels in the Group to support group revenue strategy
  • Develop new business and new revenue streams.
Required Experience
  • Well organised and priority focused with good time management.
  • Sound ability and knowledge to develop robust business processes.
  • Highly computer literate.
  • Previous experience within a similar role is essential.
  • Knowledge of Opera Cloud basic navigation and rate loading.
  • Experience of working with Revenue Management systems (preferably IdeaS).
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Good presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under own initiative in a highly pressured environment.
