Job Description

A well established, boutique executive search firm is looking currently looking for a Recruiter/Headhunter with knowledge in recruitment, preferably on International market. You will work alongside a Senior Account Manager and your task will be to find the most suitable candidates for some of the fastest growing brands in the international market. space.RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Map the market
  • Identify and Qualify the right candidates
  • Post adverts, screen CVs
  • interview candidates
  • Report to Account Manager
  • Maintain a positive attitude as you deal with rejections
  • Be punctual and reliable in all assigned tasks
    • THE ROLE:You will be part of a team working with the International market. With the support of your account manager you will find, qualify, interview and then present top candidates specialists in different verticals: directors, executives, corporate, operations and technical. You will build long term relationships with your candidates all around the Globe. You will become a recognised specialist in your sector and you will be regarded as one of the best recruiters in your area.As you move up the ladder you will have the opportunity to mentor and then lead a team of recruiters, passing your knowledge and experience.REQUIREMENTS:
  • Some recruitment experience
  • Excellent command of English and ideally another language
  • Confident in communicating with people at all levels
  • Ability to build long term relationships
  • Flexible attitude i.e. can work in an international environment
  • Committed
