Job Description

Salary: £26,000 per annum + Generous Service ChargeWorking Hours: 5 Days/Week on a 5/7 Rota BasisAre you passionate about creating an exceptional first impression for guests through immaculate public spaces We are currently seeking a dedicated Public Areas Attendant to join our prestigious 5-star hotel in the heart of Knightsbridge.Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Impeccable Presentation: Ensure that all public areas, including lobbies, lounges, and corridors, are consistently clean and well-presented.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulously attend to furnishings, fixtures, and decor to uphold the hotels high standards.
  • Guest Interaction: Provide friendly and courteous assistance to guests, offering directions or information as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping and other departments to coordinate cleaning schedules and maintain a seamless operation.
  • Routine Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly.
  • Operational Support: Assist with ad-hoc tasks to contribute to the overall guest experience.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment is advantageous.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure that all areas are consistently well-maintained.
  • Customer Service: Approachable demeanour with a commitment to providing excellent service to guests.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across various departments.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work on a 5/7 rota, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical Fitness: Capable of handling cleaning equipment and standing for extended periods.
