Job Description

My client, a high-end, well-established property management company are seeking an experienced property/block manager to join their team based at their offices in South Kensington. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3-5 years experience within a similarrole. This role offers a competitive salary, annual salary reviews, Christmas bonuses, work from home flexibility available and 25 days annual holiday allowance.Responsibilities

  • Experience and knowledge needed in managing residential blocks.
  • Detail oriented, strong communication and organizational skills and be able to prioritise your workload.
  • Carry out regular property inspections within the portfolio, create reports and action nay works thereafter.
  • Liaise with contractors and arrange works.
  • Obtain quotations for works when needed.
  • Experience in serving Section 20 Notices
  • To be familiar with Leases for properties and enforcing the covenants and ensuring that obligations are met in line with current property law.
  • Experience of setting annual Service Charge budgets
  • Deal with Service Charge arrears
  • Overseeing insurance claim as and when required
Person Specification:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience within block management
  • Have experience of dealing with a large portfolio
  • Experience within the high-end residential sector
  • The candidates must be computer literate.
  • IRPM Qualified will be an advantage.
  • Be able to manage their own workload.
  • Energetic, passionate, keen to learn and grow.
  • Highly organised
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
This role is Monday - Friday 9am-5pmSalary £38,000 - £45,000 (dependant on experience)Required skills
