Position: Female PE TechnicianLocation: Wandsworth, LondonStart Date: Immediate (Academic Year: July 2024)Are you passionate about fitness, sports, and helping young women achieve their athletic potential I am working with a secondary school in Wandsworth who are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Female PE Technician to join their dynamic PE team. If youhave a genuine interest in physical education and want to make a positive impact on the lives of young students, this role is perfect for you!The Role:As a Female PE Technician, you will play a crucial role in promoting physical well-being and fostering a love for sports and fitness among our students. Your responsibilities will include: Equipment Management: Organize, maintain, and distribute sports equipment and gear, ensuring that everything is in excellent condition and readily available for classes and extracurricular activities. Facility Support: Assist in setting up and maintaining the schools sports facilities, including outdoor fields and indoor gymnasiums, to ensure they are safe and conducive to physical activities. Administrative Duties: Help with administrative tasks such as tracking inventory, scheduling equipment usage, and maintaining records related to physical education classes and sports teams. Class Assistance: Collaborate with PE teachers to support classroom activities, including setting up for lessons, supervising students during drills, and providing assistance as needed. Student Engagement: Encourage student participation in sports and physical activities, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all abilities.Qualifications:To excel in this role, you should have: A passion for physical education and promoting a healthy lifestyle. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
