Job Description

This role is for a Part-time Payroll Specialist, who will support the current full-time Payroll Specialist and the wider. This position with play a key part in the day to day payroll for the EU entities and require a strong background using cloud pay.Client DetailsMy client are an international, fast-growing Shipping Consultancy based in West End London. Due to continue expansion and recent restructure they are in need of an experienced Payroll Specialist to join the team on a part-time, permanent basis.DescriptionAs the Part-time Payroll Specialist your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing timesheet, weekly and monthly EU payroll
  • Maintaining payroll system and reconciling
  • Collaborating and liaising with payroll partners
  • Commission calculation
  • Handling and resolving payroll queries
  • Ensure compliance with audit requests, managing the data flow between payroll, GL and the internal and external auditors.
  • You will also assist in developing team goals, improving processes, and ensuring payroll monetary standards are met across EU
ProfileThe successful Part-time Payroll Specialist will have:
  • Previous EU payroll experience
  • Previous experience using Cloudpay is essential
  • Strong experience using excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to take ownership of the role and hit the ground running
Job Offer
  • Up to £55,000 salary
  • 3 days part time - flexible days
  • Can be remote (preference towards 1 day in office on occasion)
  • Based West End London
