Owing to the high calibre and technical expertise of our workforce we require a university graduate. Weekly travel to hubs in Europe is an essential in keeping up standards and turning round underperforming sites. You formed your early career in a manufacturing / electronics environment and preferable have been involved with growing a business from start - up and therefore able to lead all functions including sales, production and Security. You are able to leverage existing resources and stimulate and manage high growth.
