You will work closely with patients, their families,and other healthcare professionals to develop personalised treatment plans that promote independence and improve quality of life. Your empathetic approach and commitment to patient-centred care will be key to your success in this role.* Assessing patient needs and developing personalised treatment plans* Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care* Implementing therapeutic interventions to help patients achieve their goals* Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary* Educating patients and their families about treatment strategies* Maintaining accurate patient records and adhering to all NHS policies and procedures* Supervising Band 5,4 and 3 OTsWhat you bring:The ideal candidate for this Occupational Therapist (Band 6) role will have a degree in Occupational Therapy or an equivalent qualification, along with registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). You should possess strong interpersonalskills, with the ability to connect with patients and build trust.
