Job Description

Role: Night ManagerLocation: LondonSalary / Rate of pay: Up to £30,000 p.a.Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with popular a hotel in the Knightsbridge area of London and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Night Manager to join the team.What is in it for you

Package£28,000 to £30,000 p.a. depending on experienceWhy choose our clientOur hotel client is located in the exclusive Knightsbridge area offering luxurious accommodation, a fine dining restaurant, fitness facilities and an indoor swimming pool plus within walking distance to several of Londons main attractionsWhat is involvedAs Night Manager your duties will include but not limited to:
  • Responsible for the full night operations including managing the night team and ensuring all duties are performed to a high standard
  • Dealing with guest requests or issues as and when they arise
  • Handling of any emergency
  • Completing night audit and other administrative tasks
  • Ensuring the safety and security of the building
  • Working five nights per week on a 7-day rota. (8 hour shifts)
Previous experience as a hotel Night Supervisor or Night Manager within a 4/5star hotel background is desired. Strong leadership with an excellent working knowledge of full night audit procedures and Opera PMS is essential as well as being organised andbeing a team player.
